Today's Tip !! Dowry - A Curse !!

 Dowry is an amount of money or property which a girl's parents give to boy's parents with whom the girl's wedding is fixed by them. This system started long ago , but it's form was very different, as their daughter ( bride ) is going to another house, as additional member , for her , parents used to give some utensils, mattress, quilt , bedsheets, some clothes for her and some ornaments for her according to their budget, gradually it became a demand by groom 's parents, and it's amount and value was decided according  to the groom's qualifications, career, post And position, designation, indirectly we can say "" For Sale "was  written on every groom's forehead ,or it might be with price tags , just like category wise, rates were decided, Doctor Engineer , IAS , IPS , or Government Job holder , Big Private Company's job holder, and grooms were bought and sold,Its worst results appeared when , bride's parents couldn't pay the money according to the deal before marriages , record deaths were registered ,by stove burnt accidentally, the Data was really made us shivering, one death in every seven minutes ,then many laws passed in parliament and implemented strictly. Law against domestic violence  was also implemented. That is 498 , which was at the tip of the tongue of Every woman.But then it was reported that many women took advantage of this law and trapped simple men. These days when both , the groom and the bride earn a lot , this dowry has no importance, as all bachelors work in big companies, earn big salaries, have their own flat car and all luxuries, visit foreign countries off and on for company's work. So gradually dowry cases lower down. One more change is viewed, marriages by own choice increased , Live in system increased, still arranged marriages are performed, but very less dowry cases are there on newspaper tv or any social media, this way we have got rid of this bad curse of our society !!
